Thanks World Champ Morocco 24 Desk

Good evening everyone,

I'm back from Morocco where we organized our seventh world championship, a real adventure but a real success.

An event that was up and down began with the first problem: we no longer had the gymnasium, hence the search for a traditional Moroccan venue. Certainly the apprehension and anxiety, the fear of not succeeding but, as usual, our stubbornness, our efficiency, our ability to adapt managed to go further, we found a very beautiful place where we was able to put four squares of competition and the public all around us.

But in the evening, they told us that we could no longer use the same space, so we had to find a solution immediately so as not to create problems for all those who came to support us, the athletes, the 15 Technical Directors from the different countries who converged for this great event.

A sad photo also appeared on social media with a group of people around a Moroccan flag thanking the Moroccan committee for taking the stadium from us and trying to prevent us from having our World Championship.

A pettiness, something so small, a misery that does not touch us and so we move forward.

We immediately found a place where we could continue our 7th World Championship and we finished with the fights and we handed out the medals and as you can see our dragon is in relief, beautiful medals.

The event was a success, we are happy, 400 athletes representing 16 countries, including 15 with technical directors present.

A World Championship which demonstrated the unity of the World Union.

A World Union which has demonstrated once again that it is effective, capable of adapting to situations, without hesitation, without uncertainty, cohesion between all members and all leaders, understanding on the part of the athletes, on the part from practitioners and from supporters and parents.

Everything finally went well with the big final party where we could see the happiness, the pleasure of being together, the gratification of having completed the 7th World Championship.

And finally I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of this 7th World Championship, I also thank everyone who followed us from near and far, we will talk again soon because I have a lot to tell you .

Good evening everyone,

here I am back from Morocco where we have held our seventh world championship, a real adventure but a real success.

An event marked by continuous adventures, starting from the first trouble; the sports hall we had reserved was no longer available and a traditional Moroccan location needed to be found quickly.

This caused trepidation and anxiety, fear of not succeeding but, as usual, our determination, our efficiency and our ability to adapt managed to go further. We found a very beautiful place where we were able to set four squares of competition and the audience all around us.

In the evening, however, we were told we could no longer use the location as it was going to be busy the day after. We were thus obliged to find a sudden alternative, to avoid making troubles for all the people who came to support us, the athletes and the fifteen Technical Directors from the various countries who converged for this great event.

A sad photo has appeared on social media with a group of people gathered around a Moroccan flag and a message thanking the Moroccan committee for taking away the sports hall from us and for trying to prevent us from having our World Championship.

A pettiness, something so miserable, a meanness that didn’t affect us, so we just looked ahead.

We immediately found a venue where we could continue our 7th World Championship and we finished with the fights and the awards ceremony.

We handed out the medals and as you can see our dragon is in relief, beautiful medals, the event was a success, we are happy, 400 athletes representing 16 countries, 15 of which with the Technical Directors present.

A World Championship that demonstrated the unity of the World Union.

A World Union that has once again demonstrated efficiency, capability of adapting to situations, no hesitation, no uncertainty, cohesion among all the members and all the managers, understanding on the part of the athletes, on the part of the practitioners and on the part of the supporters and families.

Everything went on smoothly until the end when the big final party where we could see the happiness, the pleasure of being together, the gratification of having completed our 7th World Championship.

To conclude I would like to thank all those who collaborated in the success of this 7th World Championship. I also thank all those who followed us from near and far.

We’ll be in touch soon; I have lots of things to tell you.
